These general conditions govern solely and exclusively the use of the ABAL Consulting website by USERS who access it. These general conditions are displayed to the USER on the website info@abalconsulting.com on each and every page and each time a USER enters their data on the existing forms, so that they can read, print, file and accept them via the Internet, and the USER cannot effectively enter their data without this acceptance having taken place.<\/span><\/p>\n

The conditions of access and use of this website are strictly governed by current legislation and by the principle of good faith, and the USER undertakes to make good use of the website. All acts that violate the legality, rights or interests of third parties are forbidden: right to privacy, data protection, intellectual property, etc. ABAL Consulting expressly prohibits the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

2.1.1.1.- Carrying out actions that may cause any type of damage to the systems of ABAL Consulting or third parties on the website or through the same by any means.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.1.2.- To carry out without due authorisation any type of advertising or commercial information directly or covertly, to send mass mailings (“spamming”) or to send large messages with the aim of blocking network servers (“mail bombing”).<\/span><\/p>\n

4.1.1.1.- The failures and incidents that may occur in communications, deletion or incomplete transmissions so that there is no guarantee that the services of the website are constantly operational;<\/span><\/p>\n

4.1.2.- For the production of any type of damage that USERS or third parties may cause to the website;<\/span><\/p>\n

4.1.3.- The conditions or characteristics of the articles offered on the website.<\/span><\/p>\n

ABAL Consulting simply puts in contact companies and professionals who offer or demand these items but is not responsible for the negotiations or subsequent agreements made by these companies or professionals, being solely and exclusively the good progress of the sale and purchase in the hands of these users.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.2.- ABAL Consulting reserves the right to suspend access without prior notice at its discretion and on a permanent or temporary basis until it has ensured effective liability for any damage that may occur. Likewise, ABAL Consulting will collaborate and notify the competent authority of these incidents as soon as it has reliable knowledge that the damage caused constitutes any type of illegal activity.<\/span><\/p>\n

ABAL Consulting only assumes the responsibilities that may arise from the provision of the services offered within the limits and as specified in the various proposals for professional services accepted by clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

The use of ABAL Consulting’s trademark, including both the name and the logo, by any means by third parties is prohibited without the express consent of ABAL Consulting. All rights reserved. Furthermore, the ABAL Consulting website – the contents, programming and design of the website – is fully protected by copyright, and any reproduction, communication, distribution and transformation of the aforementioned protected elements is expressly prohibited without the express consent of ABAL Consulting.<\/span><\/p>\n

SIXTH – JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW<\/h2>\n

These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. The Courts of Barcelona are competent to resolve any controversy or conflict arising from these general conditions, and the USER expressly renounces any other jurisdiction that may correspond to him\/her.<\/span><\/p>\n
